If for any reason you don’t like the product you received, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. Please ensure the returned goods are in original condition (unused & undamaged) and in original packaging. Please remember to include all the documentation and accessories that have been included in the package. We strongly recommend that you use registered post with a tracking number, to ensure that the package won’t get lost on their way back to us. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us. Once t.e.PAREO has received your item we’ll send you a confirmation email.

EU distance selling regulations (DSR)
Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSR), provided we receive written notice from you within fourteen calendar days of receipt of your order. If you choose to exercise this right, you must inform our customer services team in writing that you wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs. Please contact our customer services team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Our team will advise you of the next steps, however, you will be required to send the package back to us at your own cost. The full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your cancelled order. Please note that if you cancel your order using the DSR, you will be responsible for the full cost and arrangement of the return delivery of the item. This may include any additional import duties and taxes that are incurred as a result of your return. As these charges are your responsibility, you may wish to contact your chosen postal service provider to find out what you can expect to pay.
Availability of items and substitution
We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:
– Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or
– Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item; or
– If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will refund you for the items we were unable to supply.
Once t.e. has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it to us for a refund and then place a new order.
